Flow 3 is the longest tampon in Flow's range. The length of the absorbent layers is 37 cm on a size small, and they are also 25% thicker (without you really noticing the difference), which makes Flow 3 ideal to sleep with, as the bandage protects you both in front (when you e.g. sleeping on the stomach) and on the back

Flow 3 is made for moderate+ flow. This corresponds to 2-3 regular tampons or 10-15 mL of blood.

We recommend that you buy 3-5 pairs so that you can change out continuously.

Size

If you are in doubt, we recommend going up a size - so that the panties do not tighten.

Outer:
95% organic cotton - 5% elastane

Technical layers:
Top layer: 100% polyester
Middle layer: 100% polyester
Membrane: 100% polyamide

Washing instructions

Use them, rinse them in cold water and wash them at 30 or 40 degrees with the rest of your clothes.

The detergents we have today are super effective, so you can easily wash the panties clean at low temperatures.

Avoid drying in the tumble dryer! It is not good for the environment and the absorbent layer will lose its absorbency more quickly.
