My order

Where can I find my order confirmation?

We automatically send an order confirmation to the registered email address.
It may take a few minutes from the time you complete your purchase until you receive the order confirmation in your email.

If you still have not received an email with your order confirmation, it may be because it ended up in the spam filter.
You are therefore asked to check whether the email is there.

It can also happen that a typing error has been made in the email address.

If you cannot find your order confirmation, please contact us at Shop@tothemoonhoney.com and we will probably help you further.

Can I cancel or change my purchase?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel or change the order yourself after the purchase has been completed.

As a starting point, we pack orders every weekday between 9.30 and 12.00. You are very welcome to contact us as soon as possible after your purchase if you wish to cancel your order.
We will try to cancel the order for you if it has not already been shipped.

If you have already placed an order to be shipped and want to add a product afterwards, you can make a new order with the new product and choose local pickup at checkout.
Then send us an email with information about the situation and the two order numbers. We will then try to send the two orders together, if we have not already packed your order.

I haven't been able to enter my discount code - what do I do now?

You can always enter your discount code when you have pressed "to checkout"

However, if you have forgotten to enter the discount code, please contact us by mail.
We would like to refund the discount to you afterwards.

Can I pick up my order at your address?

We offer local collection at our office at Gothersgade 41, 1st floor, 1101 Copenhagen K.
We are open every weekday between 9.30 and 14.00.

It is possible to choose local collection when you choose the delivery method on our website. In addition, it is also possible to return your goods to our office, so you don't have to pay for return shipping.

Remember to bring your delivery note. We'll refund you as soon as you're in here

Shipping and local pickup

When can I expect to receive my order?

We pack orders every working day and you can therefore expect a delivery time of 1-3 working days.

How long does it take to prepare my order for local pickup?

Your order will generally be ready for collection within 24 hours on all weekdays.
You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

When is your office open for local collection?

We are open from 9.30 - 14.00 every weekday.

Do you have a physical store where I can see your products?

No, we do not have a physical store, but you can pick up your order at our office in the inner city, so you save on shipping.

We also offer a 30-day return policy, so you have plenty of opportunity to try the products at home

Why has my parcel ended up in a parcel shop when I ordered home delivery?

When a parcel is diverted to a parcel shop, it is typically due to logistical challenges, such as unavailability of your address at the time of delivery or problems accessing your property.

Do you ship to countries other than Denmark?

Right now we can ship to most of Europe.
If the desired country is not listed when you pay, please email us at shop@tothemoonhoney.com and we will see if it is possible for us to ship to the desired country

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you should be unfortunate enough to receive an item with a fault, please contact us at our email shop@tothemoonhoney.com and we will probably find a solution to the situation.

What is To The Moon Honey's return policy?

We want to make your experience as pleasant as possible, so here's everything you need to know about returns:

Step 1: Tell us you regret your purchase

The first step is to let us know. Please email shop@tothemoonhoney.com with your order number so we can quickly identify your order.

Step 2: Return your item

To ensure the safe arrival of your package, we recommend that you send it directly to the specified address. We cannot accept return packages sent to parcel shops or via DAO. As the sender, you are responsible for the return costs and for the package until it has safely arrived at us. We encourage the use of an insured and trackable shipping method.

30 day right of withdrawal

You have 30 days to change your mind about your purchase, from the day you or a person designated by you receives the item. You are welcome to return the entire order or selected items within this period.

Important regarding your return

To meet the deadline, make sure you send your cancellation notice within the 30 days. Remember, you cannot cancel the purchase by simply refusing to receive the item without also informing us.

Refund

We will make sure to refund the money to you without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of cancellation. However, we can withhold the amount until we have received the goods back, or until you have sent documentation that the goods have been returned. We use the same payment method as you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The item's condition and packaging upon return

You are liable for any reduction in value of the item which is due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging, which must be opened but not destroyed. Missing or damaged packaging can result in a decrease in value, for which you are liable. You lose the right of cancellation if you break the seal on goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Do I have to pay for the return shipping myself?

Yes, you must cover the costs associated with the return yourself.

You are very welcome to physically come in with your return goods at our office.

Am I required to purchase a return label through To The Moon Honey?

As a starting point, you can choose where you want to buy the return shipping.
However, you should be aware that the package must be sent directly to our address: Gothersgade 41, 1. sal, 1101 København K.

Can I pay with MobilePay?

Yes, it is possible to use MobilePay when paying.

How do I use my discount code?

You can enter your discount code in the same place as you enter your information when you want to pay for your goods

Can I combine several gift cards?

Yes, it is possible to combine several gift cards together.
You also have the option of paying the difference with a payment card if you have goods of a higher value than the gift card.

No, it is not possible to combine several discount codes at the same time

HONEY

About our certifications

HONEY skincare has a mix of three recognized certifications: AllergyCertified, the Nordic Ecolabel and Cosmos Organic by Ecocert. The certifications are your guarantee that the products contain ingredients that pose the least possible risk of allergy, have minimal environmental impact and a high content of natural and organic ingredients. Hydra Serum is the only product that does not have all three certifications, as Hydra Serum is not Cosmos Organic certified. Hydra Serum contains Niacinamide, also called B3, which is a well-documented, safe ingredient known for its ability to calm hyperpigmentation.

AllergyCertified

AllergyCertified is an international allergy label. The AllergyCertified label guarantees that the product is as mild and gentle on the skin as possible, so when you see the AllergyCertified logo on a product, you can be sure that there is the least possible risk of allergies. The products are perfume-free and each ingredient is carefully checked and assessed by a toxicologist.

The Swan label

The Swan label is the official Nordic environmental label. The aim of the Nordic Ecolabel is to reduce the overall environmental impact from production and consumption. There are strict requirements for chemicals in Swan-labelled products, and by choosing the Swan, you are helping to protect nature and the environment.

Free of MI and other preservatives classified as allergens

Free from ingredients on the EU's list of 26 known allergenic perfume substances, which are suspected of being endocrine disruptors and which the EU recommends to avoid

No parabens.

Cosmos Organic by Ecocert

Cosmos Organic is a pan-European certification of organic cosmetics, which is used in more than 45 countries. The authority checks that the ingredients are grown responsibly and environmentally friendly, and to obtain the Ecocert Cosmos Organic label, the following requirements must be met:

At least 95% of the ingredients must be natural. At least 95% of the natural oils and extracts in the product must be organic.

At least 10% of the ingredients in wash-off products and at least 20% of the ingredients in non-wash-off products must be organic.

Can I use HONEY when I am pregnant and breastfeeding?

You can use HONEY's products when you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Our products have been developed to be used in all phases of life, including during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Are the HONEY products perfume-free?

Yes, HONEY's products are 100% perfume-free. As the products are certified by AllergyCertified, it is your guarantee that they do not contain any types of perfume substances. Our skin perceives all kinds of perfume as an irritant, and at HONEY we do not believe that perfume should come into contact with the skin due to the risk of irritation and allergies. That's why you won't find any perfumes in HONEY skincare. Perfume in skin care can consist of both synthetic fragrances and natural fragrances (essential oils), and the natural fragrances are no less allergenic than synthetic ones.

Can HONEY be used by all skin types?

HONEY is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. The products contain mild yet effective ingredients that are tailored to give the skin intense moisture and a radiant glow. If you have acne or combination skin, HONEY can be a good addition to skin care that targets acne. HONEY contributes to strengthening and soothing the skin, regardless of skin type.

In what order should the products be used?

We recommend the following routine:

  1. Cleanser
  2. Hydra Serum
  3. Everyday Face Cream + Face Oil

Mix Face Oil with Everyday Face Cream on the days when your skin needs extra nourishment and elasticity. For some it is every day, while for others it works best in the evening routine or a few times a week. Always notice your skin and its needs and adjust your routine accordingly.
