We want to make your Christmas shopping as easy and secure as possible – here's everything you need to know.

Exchange Policy during Christmas

All Christmas gifts can be exchanged until January 12, 2026. This means you have plenty of time after Christmas to exchange or return if something doesn't fit perfectly.

Last day for Christmas delivery

To ensure your package arrives before Christmas:

• Danish orders: must be placed no later than December 19 at 12:00 PM

• EU orders: must be placed no later than December 17 at 12:00 PM

• Orders outside the EU: must be placed no later than December 12, to allow time for customs processing
  

We will be packing orders at the warehouse until December 23, and again on December 29-30, as well as from January 2.

Customer service and response times during Christmas

Our email shop@tothemoonhoney.com will be on Christmas holiday from December 19 at 4:00 PM.
We will be closed for inquiries until December 29-30, and you can expect a response to your inquiries again from January 5.
